Valentine Oh Valentine

Normally I start looking for things for the kids Valentine baskets right after Christmas but we have been so busy that I totally put it on the back burner. Today was my last chance to get everything finished. I also had to finish up Kaitlyn, Ava and Selena's presents too. After a nice phone call with my mom and then Jordan this morning I was off to the stores. I hit Marshall's, Target, Wal-mart and Sam's. I wanted to make it to the mall but I ran out of time. I was able to accomplish what I needed to get done. I hurried home because I needed to pick up Landon from school.

I then went to the post office to mail out some things to Jordan and Jessica . . .came home fed the horses and then took a shower so I would be all ready to watch American Idol tonight. Tonight on the show they are going to announce the top 24. They have said that this group is the most talented of any group they have had. I am so excited to watch this season.

A nice cold front came in tonight so the temps are dropping to the low 40's. I am going to start a fire in the fireplace, make a cup of hot tea and enjoy a very relaxing night.
I pray you all have a wonderful day tomorrow filled with lots of love. Make sure you tell the people in your lives you most care for how much you love them and care for them . . tell your spouse, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and your closest friends that you love them. Time goes by so fast . . be thankful for everyday you have with them.

A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another , even as I have loved you, that you also love one another . John 13:34

From our family to yours,

Happy Valentines Day!
