True Christmas Love Part 2

Ken, our pantry director, has such a vision and burden for the needy in our community. Carlos and I are so proud of you and your team for bringing together such an awesome outreach that made such a difference so many people's lives. We are so thankful for the guest ministers that took time out of their busy schedules to come and minister to the people. We had so many of our church members come out that day to help support it!
The kids had a blast!

There was face painting too!

We grilled and gave away over 3000 hotdogs and drinks.

Ministers can have fun too!

HI Emily. I have a question. How did you make sure the stuff went to the needy and not just selfish, greedy, well-off folks who would take the stuff and then sell it on Ebay? Were people specially invited? How did you know who to invite?

Most of the families that came that day were families that regularly stop at the food pantry weekly. We also went to low income areas and passed out flyers too.
