Heading To Los Angeles

Sunday morning we wokeup early to head to the airport to fly out to Los Angeles. My friend Vera's sister Marina and her husband Leo pastor an Armanian church there and they asked Carlos to speak Sunday night.

We arrived in LA around noon and then we headed to the pastor's home where we were going to be staying. When we got to their house we were greeted by a wonderful lunch that was prepared by Marina. It was all Armanian and Russian food and it was GOOD!

After lunch we all rested and then headed for the church around 4:30. The youth pastor, Reuban, translated for Carlos.

Pastor Leo and Marina's kids are on the praise and worship team. Esther is the first person on the left singing.
Their son Sam is playing the drums.

Many lives were touched and changed that night.

Their son Sam was deeply touched by the Lord.
Carlos prayed for their whole family.

What a wonderful service! We enjoyed meeting many in the church!
After the service Marina blessed us with another wonderful meal.

What a blessing this family is. We had the best time getting to know them. I really enjoyed talking with their kids last night. Their son Sam is sooooooooooooo funny . . . he had me rolling. Esther is a beautiful girl with such a sweet spirit. It was a pleasure to spending time with them. Thank you Pastor Leo and Marina for everything. Thank you so much for blessing us with your room last night. You made us feel right at home and just like family. Thanks for all the wonderful food you prepared. Your hospitality was incredible! We look forward to seeing you all again!
