Family Gathering - Part 2
My c0usin Julie had plenty of fun things for the kids to do. She had a bunch of hoola hoops and the girls had a ball playing with them.

Ok, I do have to admit I was the hoola hoop champion at Sierra's school two years ago for the "mom" competition.

We decided to get all the cousins together for a group shot but we had one escape artist . . .Ansley Faith. She thought the hoola hoops were a lot more fun than a picture but Grandma was able to coax her back over.
In this picture we are missing Jordan and Alexia who in Kansas City. Julia who is flying in on Thursday and Devin who is in a golf tournament. Also, Nathan who is in a baseball tournament. Hopefully next year we will have the WHOLE Gang.
This is the first time in years that the eight cousins have been together. What a nice treat this has been to catch up with each other. Plus, our kids connected so quickly and get along great! We ask ourselves now why did we wait so long to do this :-)
Thanks Russell and Julie for opening your home and hosting this great evening. The dinner was wonderful! Also, thanks for having the fun activities all prepared for the children. The whole evening was so nice!

LOL! There aren't a lot of things that we *don't* have in common, but I just found another one. I'm 100% certain I would never win any hoola hoop contests (LOL)!
What a blessing to have a large family who stay in touch and obviously get along with eachother!
