Awake The Bride with Ben Woodward and Bob Fraiser

Our missions base, Orlando House of Prayer had our monthly Awaken The Bride Weekend. This months guest worship leader was Ben Woodward from IHOP. You can check his music out at www.myspace.com/benwoodwardmyspace He alone is amazing but he is also one of Misty Edwards singers too.He incorporated some of our musicians and singers to form a band for the weekend. Here is Mark, Matt and George.Annette was one of the singers along with Melinda and Natalie (not pictured) My husband :-)
Kevin, the Director of our Marketplace MinistryBen brought forth beautiful worship.This is Chris, he is part of IHOP's Joseph Company which is their Marketplace MinistryBob Fraiser is the director of IHOP's Joseph Company. He was our guest speaker.

There was time of ministry after the Word.

Then on Sunday morning for our fellowship service Ben lead worship again for us.

Bob brought forth another message.

Many lives were touched that morning.

Sunday Morning With Cory Asbury

Sunday morning was our last service with Cory, Anna, David and Jordan before they had to head home to Kansas City. They all lead worship for the service again and then Carlos brought forth the Word.

After he preached he minstered to the people. Our new friends from Ft. Myers who came out for the Awaken The Bride service on Friday stayed for today's service. Carlos ended up having a word for them.

Then PG, one of our associate pastors had a word for them.
Then Anna let Carlos know that she had a word for them too.She had a powerful word for both of them.
What an amazing prophetic woman! I loved getting to know her this trip. She has such a sweet humble spirit!
Many people were ministered to that morning including our friends Brenda and John.
It was great to see God move so greatly in the people.At the very end of the service Carlos spoke a word over Cory and Anna!We didn't want them all to leave but they had to catch a flight out at 3 pm. Our kids just adored Cory and Anna. Thanks for being so sweet to our kids!

Worship Roundtable

One thing we are starting on these Awaken The Bride weekends is a Saturday morning roundtable discussion. We invite worship leaders, singers and musicians from all over Florida to come and join us. During these two hours they are able to ask the special guests questions about leading worship, music etc.

What a great opportunity this was for all of us.
We had a group of about 20 that were in attendance.
They took their time and answered all of our questions.
Cory and Anna shared so many wonderful things about leading and singing in a prayer watch.
I know we all left that meeting with so much great information.

We had many of our worship leaders at the roundtable.

We also had a few out of towners too.
This is Matt . . he is from Ft. Myers.
This group came in from Leesburg.
Thanks guys and Anna for taking the time to answer all of our questions. This was a great help to us all!After the meeting we went out for Mexican. Our friend Kevin lives on a lake so he had Cory, Anna, David and Jordan come over to his house so they could go fishing . . . which is one of Cory's favorite pasttimes.
We are all now home resting and of course watching the New York Yankees play the Boston Red Sox. I am trying to sleep because I have to be at the Hollywood Prayer Watch tonight from 10 pm to midnight. I hope I can sleep for at least an hour. :-)

Awaken The Bride City Wide Rally

Starting this month our missions base is going to have an Awaken The Bride Service. Each month we will bring in a worship leader and part of their team to lead the services. Cory and Anna Asbury, along with David and Jordan lead worship for our first ATB service Friday night.One thing we love about Cory and Anna is their joy. You can see it all over their faces when they minister.Jordan played the keys, David was the drummer (I totally forgot to take a picture of him)
And Edwin and Matt were on the base and electric guitars.We had a great crowd for our first ATB service.We had people come from all over Florida.Cory is one of the worship leaders at IHOP. You can see him lead live prayer sets on the IHOP webstream every week.
"In Your Presence . . .it's where I belong" . . that's one of my favorite songs that they wrote.

What an incredible calling they have on their lives.
Cory and Anna flow so good together.

We had visitors from Jacksonville, Ft Myers, Leesburg, St Augustine and many more cities.
The Lord's presence could be felt so richly.Is she adorable or what :-)






Toward the end of worship Carlos came up and then did some intercession.It was intense!

We prayed for Central Florida and for unity among all the ministries and churches in the area.During the offering Jordan sang one of his songs called Tender Mercies. You can hear his music on his myspaceLisa and Bonnie sang with him.
It was a great service and look forward to next month ATB service with Teri Terry from IHOP.
