Country Chicken Casserole

COUNTRY CHICKEN CASSEROLE
3 cups cooked chicken (bite size)
2 cans cream of chicken soup (I used cream of celery)
2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 cup sour cream
1/3 tsp pepper
1 T parsley
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 cup chicken broth
Ingredients for Topping
1 cup Bisquick
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 T parsley
2 well beaten eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese ( I used a mixed blend)
In a saucepan cook soup, pepper, parsley, milk, broth and sour cream to blend ingredients. Add chicken and place in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with PAM. In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, salt, baking powder, milk, parsley and eggsl. Mix until moistended. Place on top of chicken, top with cheese and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
When I served this I placed some on a plate and then took a spoon a poured some over the top.
