Sunday in New York City - Part 2
After checking our bags we grabbed a taxi and headed down to Soho. We walked around for quite a bit looking at all the fun artists who were selling their art and jewlery!
We then headed to a restaurant . . . which for the life of me I can't remember the name of it. After we finished eating Brenda and I headed to do some shopping while the guys had a cup of coffee and watched the Yankee game on the restaurant TV. After a good hour or so we had to head back to the hotel to grab our bags and then head to the airport.
Carlos flew Midwest so we said good bye to him and we went to Delta.
John and Brenda . . . .thank you so much for treating us to this fabulous weekend in New York. We had an absolute blast! Your generosity was overwelming! We love you both and thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!
I am now home and the house is quiet. Landon left for camp today so it is just me and Sierra. My parents came in to watch the kids but they leave tomorrow morning. (Thanks mom and dad for watching Landon and Sierra. I know they had the best time with you. I appreciate you taking the time out to take care of them. It's great to leave knowing the kids are being cared for by you both! )
