Gopher Turtle Out For A Saturday Walk
This morning I was hanging a new flag on my front porch and saw a Gopher Turtle on the road. Molly walked over to check it out!
The turtle decided . .. she was outta here!
Molly wasn't so sure of the whole thing.
In Florida they are a protected. If you get caught removing them you get in BIG trouble!
She finally decided . . .I will just wait here until they leave.

Kathy - I believe so . . all I know is that everyone has told us never to touch them or we would get in big trouble :-)

That is funny. We had snapping turtles in AL and they are over populated and so friends of ours shot one and kept the shell.
