Another Great Day For Riding!
It's days like these I remind myself why I live in the south . It was a perfect day! Mostly sunny skies and temps hovering right about 80 degrees. There was a light breeze that made it perfect! This morning Leanna, Pam, Sharon and I decided to stay close to the ranch and ride on the HUGE pasture that is walking distance from both Sharon and Pam's properties.
This is Sharon's round pen. I am saving my money to build one on our property. I really need a place to work Farley and any future horses we might get.

Cloud and Farley hanging out in the round pen. Here are some pictures from today's ride.
Peaking through trees was this cow. She was not too sure of all the horses invading her space.
We passed a field of beautiful wild flowers.

This momma cow had given birth to this calf yesterday. They looked so cute just resting and napping!

Sharon recently had this arena built. This is a great place to work with the horses.
