My Landscape View

I have been on an email list with about 1500 homeschool moms for YEARS. I want to say at least 8 years but I could be wrong on that number - anyways, it has been for a LONG time. Many of us on the list have started blogs. Some of my online friends post a "landscape" picture on their blogs. Many have views of the most beautiful mountain views! I decided I would start posting a landscape view. When look out my kitchen window this is what I see. . . .not much a landscape view LOLThis view is our backyard taken from the back of the pool deck. This view is taken while looking out the back of the barn. On a side note, Lisa's new house is about 40 acres straight back. Another view from the back of the barn . . .

A side view . . . I think I like this view the best. I might have to make this my landscape view.
This view is from the other side of the barn.

Our weather and scenery doesn't change much but I will start watching the views and will post new pics if it changes :-)

You live in a beautiful area. Do you ride out often?

We actually are praying that we can buy the small farm behind our property. The owners are friends of ours and have told us that when they decide to sell we will have the first option to buy it. I have been praying about this land for almost 5 years. I can't wait for the day when my prayer comes to past! (Can you tell I am speaking faith?!:-) The area we live in is beautiful. There are many horse farms all around us. Also, just behind our property about 10 acres is a beautiful Christmas Tree and Strawberry farm.

I'm partial to your backyard shot! When I take pics of my backyard, I have to keep the camera down so the not so pretty house behind us doesn't show!

Kristine - I guess I need to appreciate what we have and not envy you blessed people who have the mountain view :-) LOL

LOVE the landscape view pictures! I REALLY like the last two.

I think one of the last two will be my "landscape" view.

I have 3 or 4 landscape views. I tried to stick with one, but sometimes there is something cool to the east and sometimes to the west (LOL). I'm SO indecisive... I just take a picture out any 'ol window and call it my WEATHER WINDOW (LOL).

That's a good idea - just kind of go with the best view whichever window that might be! Good idea!
