Welcome Home Ava Young!

Today was the big day that Ava came home from the hospital. After I dropped off the kids at school I headed over to decorate their house for the big arrival!
Lisa and I have both been calling her a little angel - I ended up finding the cutest bib that said just that! I hung it on the door handle!

I also made a present tree. I found some really cute things yesterday when I went shopping and hung them in their tree.

Ava arrives at home!

Their first family photo!
Lisa's parents came over and made lunch for all of us. It is a Korean tradition for the first month that all new moms eats a Seaweed soup ( I can't remember the Korean name) three times a day for one month. It is also called Birthday soup. This soup is loaded with seaweed that is full of minerals and iron - just what every nursing mother needs. It was so good. She also made steamed eggs, tofu and another dish that had pears, potatoes and something else in it that I can't remember and steamed rice. It was so yummy - thanks Mrs. Kim!!
Kaitlyn is watching over her new sister!

The Little Angel seems to be very happy she is home! We love you Ava! We can't wait to watch you grow!
