Goodies from Russia!

Each year that Carlos goes to Russia or to the Ukraine he brings me a new teacup. This year he surprised me and got me two - they are identical so I have enclosed a picture of one of them. This picture doesn't do this teacup justice - it is so beautiful in person. Also, he surprised me and bought me teabag holders. There is two different designs and five of each of them. I wasn't expecting these at all so they were extra nice treat!

He brought the kids home some goodies too. Alexia and I love hats so he brought home 3 different hats. He brought Taylor a few different shirts and Landon some toy soldiers - he is totally into army men. He also brought Jordan some Russian chocolate. It's always fun to see what he brings home from these trips!

Beautiful tea cup! I came to see where you placed your google thing...but since you can't see it on the blog - I"m guessing it doesn't matter. LOL

Ooh, pretty things! I have ancestors from Ukraine, and another distant relative gave me a towel that was embroidered by my Ukrainian gg-grandmother!

Your dh has nice taste! I really like your tea cups! I have to find a new place to display mine because my "grandparents" room is going to be taken apart this weekend and made into an office for dh... I will no longer have a "grandparents" room... and the teacups are in that room. I'm thinking I need to make room for them in my scrapbooking room now. I'll upload pictures of my tea cups when I get around to moving them.
