Getting ready for Thanksgiving!

I spent all day yesterday preparing many of the sides for today. I made marinated salad, sweet potato casserole, corn casserole, swiss bean casserole and spinach casserole. We have an extra fridge in the garage so I was able to load everything up there. I also made two loaves of bread. I set the table last night too. I like waking up the next day having almost everything ready to go.
I have a 18 quart Nesco Roaster oven. I prepare our turkey each year in this oven. This year we are only have 10 people over so I have an 18 pound turkey roasting in the oven now. See picture below! This is an hour after cooking - still have a few hours to go.
