Congratulations Jordan!

For those of you who don't know. Jordan is on our adult praise and worship team for our church. He plays keyboard and sings too. He also produced a praise and worship CD. He wrote the words and music too all the songs but one. He is a worshipper. I love walking by his room - his door will be closed- and I will hear a worship Cd on and hear him in his room worshipping right a long with it. Well, last weekend he entered a contest with some of the musicians from our praise band. There were a few different categories - they entered the worship category. They were suppose to peform 3 songs. By the end of the third song, the power of God fell and most of the people were on their faces praising God. The director of the contest asked Jordan to keep going so they sang another 5 songs. Well, it ended up that they won for that category. The director of the contest wrote an email to my husband today . Here is an excerpt of the letter:
Wow....your son Jordon, and his team are so anointed. When they ministered in our outreach, at xxxxxxxx(blanked out for privacy reasons) I was paralyzed in His presence. What a gift they are. I know our Lord will make sure they are blessed beyond measure. Wow, what a testimony you have, of raising up such anointed worshipers. You are a tremendous man of God. It is only by your guidance that they have learned how to tap into that intimate place! I could go on.... I look forward to having Jordon's team come to the next event in a few weeks.


The contest gave $1000.00 to the first prize winners - Jordan and the team were so excited. They also got asked to do the praise and worship at the events that the director is going to be holding for the next year. PTL!
