3 More Weeks - Lisa Pregnancy Update

Lisa is now 37 weeks and the time is getting close for the arrival of Ava. I can't believe she is going to be here in just a few weeks. Lisa and I have a running joke that I will be "Ava's second mother" :-) With them living a minute and a half from me - I can be over there in a jiffy to help her. Even though I am Kaitlyn's godmother I am just as close to Christian. I guess I am even more excited about Ava's arrival because this will be her last pregnancy and also she asked Carlos to be the Godfather to Ava. She went to the doctor and he said she is 1 cm and 50% effaced so hopefully she will show even more progress next week when she goes for her next checkup. She is starting to have back pains and I know she is in that "feeling miserable" state but I keep telling her - this is your last one and to cherish every day! I have been her asst. coach for her first two pregnancies. We were talking the other day about everything she needs to do and get before she goes into labor. I told her - don't forget the coach snacks :-) After Ava comes the next baby I will see born will - SOMEDAY years down the road - be my grandbabies. I can't wait but at least I have her munchkins close by to spoil. This Saturday we are having another garage sale. Last weekend we had one at my house and this weekend we are having one at her house. I was going to spend the night over there but with Carlos coming home Friday - I will wake up early on Saturday and head to her house. Hopefully we sell a ton of stuff. With all the deep cleaning I have been doing I have been finding more stuff to get rid of . . .or I should say sell :-)

Happy Garage Saling! We never have success clear out here so I just take things to the second hand store and get a little commission for it and then take the rest to the Rescue Mission for tax write-off (LOL)!

I only do one a year. This year I ended up being part of two. My friend Lisa has TONS of stuff to get rid of so basically I am going to help her :-) I usually don't ever have enough to do one on my own because I declutter and get rid of things all year round!
