Kim Bop
You may ask what Kim Bop is - I am not sure but it is good. Lisa's parents are from Korea and oh my goodness they are incredible cooks. She made this about a month ago and I LOVED them. This morning Lisa and her husband Ken dropped by and brought me some more. I had them for lunch today and they were yummy. Thanks Lisa - it hit the spot. Also, I love your new van.

What is this Emily? Is it an appetizer or a sweet thing? It looks yummy and I like the plate, too.
