Catching Up

I didn't have a chance to blog on Sunday or earlier today so I am going to try to get in both days before it gets to midnight.

Sunday we had an awesome service. Alexia and the dance/drama team did an awesome dance to Misty Edwards song People Get Ready. I am in the process of uploading the video. Hopefully I will have it up by tomorrow.

After church we headed to the Chinese Buffet with Ken, Lisa and family. Afterwards we were going to head back to the airport to check on Carlos' backpack but he decided to just head home and believe that somehow it was going to show up. Thank goodness he put his phone number in his Bible.

The kids didn't have school on Monday due to President's Day so Alexia, Taylor and Landon all went to friends homes for the night and Sierra spent the night at my inlaws house which left Carlos and I all by ourselves. We ended up going to a late movie with Ken and Lisa. It was strange waking up this morning to a very quiet house :-)

Monday was kind of a lazy day for me. I just messed around the house cleaning up a little bit, did some laundry and just rested. Sierra came home around 3:00 and we fed the horses. I then got things ready to go to the prayer room . We picked up Taylor and Landon and then arrived at the prayer room at 5:45 and stayed until 8:00 pm. We are all now home getting ready for bed so as you can see things have been quiet around here . . which isn't always a bad thing :-)
