Tuna-Swiss Cheese Pie
1 9 inch pastry shell
12 to 13 oz of tuna drained, flaked (I only had canned chicken and it tasted great)
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 eggs
1 cup real mayonnaise
1/2 milk
Pierce pastry shell with fork and bake at 375 degrees afor 10 minutes. In a large bowl, toss together the tuna, cheese and onion. Pour into pastry shell. In bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Slowly pour over tuna mixture. Bake 50 minutes at 375 degrees or until knife inseted into center comes out clean.
