Fun With A Friend
Today I hungout with my friend Rachel. We have been trying to get together since December and today was the day we were both finally free. On my way to meet her I was having a lengthy phone conversation with Jordan. I had left the house with enough time to get to the restaurant a few minutes early. As I was talking to Jordan I glanced at the clock and noticed what time it was . . .all of sudden I yelled in the phone. "Oh my gosh Oh my gosh!" Jordan was asking me what's wrong . . .well I had missed the restaurant and was driving myself to the church . . . I couldn't believe it . . .I was on a toll road so I had to get to the next exit so i could turn around. I then hungup with Jordan so I could call Rachel and then I realized I didn't have her number in my cell phone . .I recently got a new phone and I haven't transferred my numbers into the phone yet. I then started calling everyone who I thought might have her number . . .no luck . . so I called Jordan back and thankfully he had her number.
Thank goodness, I was only 15 minutes late! We ended up having the best lunch. I had a blast time talking to Rachel about all sort of topics. She and her husband are very involved with our House of Prayer and it was great hearing what all God is doing in their lives. I am so glad we were able to spend some time together and can't wait to do it again soon!
I have received a few emails asking how Bible School is going. I am actually 3 classes behind and have decided to do the lessons at home on CD due to my piano and voice lessons that I take on Thursday night. I don't like to be out too many nights during the week due to the kids so until I finish my lessons I will be doing the lessons at home. Well, time to make dinner!
