Vancouver Here We Come!

Last year Carlos was invited to speak at a church camp in the mountains of southern Washington. They invited our whole family to come too. Landon, Sierra and I joined Carlos last year and we had so much fun. So, this year they invited us again to come.

They booked Carlos's ticket and we used sky miles for the kids and I so we were on two different airlines. Carlos left very early Monday morning and we flew out around noon.

The kids had a blast last year at this camp and they met so many wonderful friends. They stayed in contact with them all year so they were so excited to spend another week with them.

The night before we left Sierra started complaining that she didn't feel good. She even went right to bed all on her own so I was nervous we might not be going the next day. But the next morning she wokeup and said she was ok and wanted to go.
Landon had stayed up late the night before we left so as soon as we got on the plane he went right to sleep.
Sierra said I fell asleep too . . .
Our first stop was Atlanta. We had a three hour layover so we found a spot where we could camp out for a while. Sierra started to complain that she didn't feel good again. I touched her forehead and she had a fever. I made her a little bed and she went right to sleep.Landon was hungry so I went and grabbed some lunch for the two of us while he watched her sleep.
After lunch he decided more sleep was a good idea!
We then had almost a 5 hours flight to the west coast. We flew into the Portland, OR airport. It is located on this beautiful river. By the time we arrived Sierra was feeling much better and her fever was gone. It was a gorgeous day and we look forward to a great time here in Washington and Oregon.

WOW... I haven't checked your blog in a week or so and look at every where you've been. I never know if you're coming or going (LOL).
