Saturday in NYC - Part 2

On the way back to the hotel we stopped by the store so Brenda could pick up some false eye lashes. I have never tried them so decided to try them for tonight since we were dressing up for dinner and the show. She also showed me the kit she uses to do her own nails. I have NEVER had fake nails but decided since my nails looked so horrible from working with the horse everyday I would give it a try. Brenda came to my room and did my nails.
She did a GREAT job!
Then she applied the false eyelashes. It was fun spend an hour or so playing "dressup" :-) Thanks B for all the help!
We had 5:30 reservations at a Greek restaurant called Milos. Carlos and John tried to get us a cab but after waiting a while we finally decided to walk.We arrived at Milos's almost on time.
We had dinner here last summer too. It's so good . . . the service and the food was just amazing.

It was a treat to be able to go there again. Thanks John and Brenda for dinner.
It was fun getting all dressed up and being able to eat at such a lovely restaurant.
During dinner John received a phone call from the box office of the Broadway show we had tickets for. They told him the show was cancelled due to an illness of one of the actors. That sent us scrambling to the Marriott Marquis where we had one hour to find another show. We ended up getting tickets to another show. All in all it was a wonderful night! Thanks guys for making the trip magical!

What? No close up of your eyelashes? The nails look great. I used to do my own, but it took me too long to do them each week (or sometimes every 2 weeks) so I finally had to give it up...
