Saturday in NYC - Part 1
This morning we met John and Brenda in the lobby around 9:30 am. We went to breakfast at this adorable Mediterraean breakfast place called Saju.
After breakfast the guys headed to another Yankee's/Red's game.
Brenda and I headed out to shop for the day. We took the subway uptown first.
Our first stop was the Bare Escentuals Boutique.
Pam helped us once we were inside. She filled us in on all the new goodies and gave each of us two generous samples of eye colors. I ended up with Oz and Winter White and Brenda got Bare Skin and Vanilla Sugar.
We then went to this cute little boutique called Diabless. All their clothes are from France. Brenda ended up getting a really cool outfit. I wish I would have taken a picture.
We then headed down to Soho via the subway. We stopped for lunch at Dean and Deluca. We had the most incredible chicken salad and an aritchoke and tomato salad. Brenda then surprised us with these bluebarry tarts. Oh my goodness they were so good.
Around 3pm we headed back to Time Square so we could start getting ready for tonight.
They had the street blocked off and there were about 100 people doing a Yoga class right in the middle of the street.
Only in New York :-)

Sounds like you had FUN shopping! That's one thing we've never done yet in NYC! One of these days perhaps just the girls and I will go on a shopping trip!
