Saturday Night At The Beach

Our friends Kevin and Lisa invited us over to their condo for dinner. Kevin is an avid hunter and has a freezer full of venison in his freezer back home. They brought with them to the beach a bunch of the meat. Lisa ended up making these venison sandwiches that were INCREDIBLE.

She uses a special barbecue sauce that has a hint of mustard. They also had these onion rolls that made the sandwich absolutely perfect. She also made this Greek pasta salad with feta cheese, Greek dressing, pepperoni and more. Yum!
We all enjoyed the meal!
Ava was the official door opener. Word got out about Kevin's awesome venison.
Luis and Aneuldi stopped by for a sample. Later on that night we ended up at Ken and Lisa's place. The guys played XBOX and the girls talked over coffee.

I then headed back to read for a while and then I also set up a myspace account for our prayer room. Then it was off to bed!
