My New "Quiet" Place

I have not been able to get up to the prayer room as much as I had been due to gas being so expensive. We live about 30 minutes away so I have been trying to limit how often I drive up there. I tried for awhile spending time in the house studying and praying but I found myself getting sidetracked. I would look around and see dirty laundry . . or dishes that needed to be washed . . .etc . . . . so I had to come up with a different alternative.

Well, one day I was down at the pasture behind our property feeding the horses. We have a covered area where we keep the feed and hay. I love going down there because it is so peaceful . I then got this wonderful I idea . . .I went back to the house and brought down a table, chair, my computer, Bible and all my study "stuff". This has now become my "prayer room" when I can't get to the prayer room. Also, if you click on the picture you will see that Jeter like this spot too . . . he is taking a nap on the table. :-)
So, this week I head down there . .. I have an air card so I get internet . . I put on the live webstream from the IHOP's prayer room and then I get busy studying and praying. It's awesome.
