Moving The Prayer Room

Our Missions Base has been working out of three facilities. We had the Office and Prayer Room in one building . .the Youth and Children in another building and the sanctuary in another building. This has been quite expensive for us to maintain so we decided to see if we could sublease the Offices/Prayer Room building. We ended up finding someone to take over our lease so yesterday and today we started moving everything.

It was kind of sad to see the prayer room taken apart. Here is a picture of our Prayer Room Lounge that was just about packed up when I took this photo.

Thank you Judy and Cathie for packing up Carlos' office . . .all 39 boxes of it!Christian helping Edwin load up a trailer of boxes.A huge thank you to all the volunteers who have helped us over the last few days. We could still use volunteers through Saturday so if anyone from our Missions Base is reading this . . we could still use your help.We used trucks, trailers, cars and even mini vans to help make the move.
Here is our youth pastor George getting his new office setup over in the youth building.
The new prayer room . . .at least for now. We are eventually going to move the prayer room over to the sanctuary but for now it is going to be in the youth building until we receive the permits from the city. The tables are all set up for people to start using. Many people bring their laptops, devotionals, books and Bible's when they come to pray so the tables are a huge blessing. The sign in and information table.
This is where the prophetic art area will be located.
The water bottle table and the communion table.
We are so thankful for the building we are leasing. We do have around 15 acres of land down the street from these buildings that we will eventually build on but for now we are thankful for what we have!
