My Sister Michelle And The Kids Arrive

Today it rained almost all day so decided to stay in all day and just work on things here at the house. This evening, Taylor and Alexia went to the high school football game. Jordan went to youth group. Landon spent the night over at his friends house and Carlos had a meeting. Well, that left me and Sierra . . we were both excited because my sister Michelle and her three kids were coming in town tonight. ( Michelle's husband Joe couldn't get off work this time.) We were going to meet them all for dinner. She came down to spend the week at my mom and dad's who live about 2 1/2 hours south of here.

Michelle's plane was delayed so Sierra and I hungout in the car outside the restaurant for awhile. See what happens when we get bored???

About an hour later . . .. they arrived. We were all happy to see each other. We haven't seen one another since our familiy reunion back in July. Here are Shelby, Sierra and Abigail.

Me and Dad - Thanks DAd and Mom for dinner and thanks for stopping before you headed back home so we could all see each other.
After saying goodbye, I took Sierra to the House of Prayer so she could attend the children's prayer watch. We were already about an hour late but she really wanted to go. As I was getting ready to drop her off Carlos called me and told me to meet he, Ken, Lisa, Christian and Ava at a restaurant down the street.

We all hung out at the restaurant for a few hours and then headed back to the church to pickup Kaitlyn and Sierra. Also, Sierra's friend Samantha came home with us to spend the weekend.

Christian wanted to ride home with us. He was so happy! Here are Samantha and Sierra!
My other sister Stephanie and her two boys are going to my house next Sunday. Mom, Dad and Michelle and the kids will be coming in too. We will have a full house but I love it that way! I can't wait!

My two sisters live back home in Indiana. Their school system just switched to year round schoo this year so their kids have a two week break. My sister Michelle decided to come down to Florida for 2 weeks and my sister Stephanie is only coming down for 1.

What fun to have a sister! I always wondered what it would be like to have one.. wish I had one.. hoped to have one via sisters in law, but that hasn't worked out either since my brother never married and we aren't close to dh's sister and family. Anyway.. what a great picture of you and your sister! Our girls really like each other, but I hope one day they really APPRECIATE one another!
