QVC is probably the place I buy BE the most. You just can't beat the prices of their kits! Also, Sephora and Ulta have pretty good prices on their kits too. Signup to be a Sephora or Ulta member (for free) and they will send you coupons. Plus the website offers free shipping after a certain amount!
Watch the Q listings for November - she will be offering a new TSV with auto delivery if you want it . Those kits are always the most incredible deals!
