My "Other Kids" and my Reading Buddy!
Today after church I pulled my car up to the entrance and was waiting for some our kids to come and get in the car. It has been so hot here lately that I like to get the motor started and get the air on so it cools down before they all jump in.
While I was waiting my little friend Jasmine came over to say hello! What a cutie patootie!
Then my little Buddy Christian comes over and says, "Ebby, I want to ride in your car!" I told him sure . . .so he comes on in.
Then Landon arrived . . . but he didn't have Sierra . . . she ended up going out with my mother in law for pizza. 
My next visitor was Kaitlyn . . . .she said the same thing , "Ebby I want to ride with you!" So in she came.
The next thing I knew Ava was being handed to me through my window . . . .how lucky am I . . . .all three of my "other blessings" were with me :-) Just a side note . . . I didn't keep Ava with me on the way to Red Lobster because I didn't have the carseat with me. Taylor ended up going with Ken and Lisa and Alexia went shopping with her cousin . . . It's funny how it is rare these days for all my kids to be together at the same time . . .thank goodness I have my other blessings around or I would get lonely!
After eating Kaitlyn and Christian wanted to ride home with me again so we headed home and then dropped them off. It was now time to relax and rest.
We were suppose to go to a movie with Ken and Lisa tonight but Ken just called and said they couldn't get a babysitter . . .we might just go and rent a movie and take it over there after all the kids get to bed. Tomorrow is Kaitlyn and Christian's first day of preschool so I know they want them to get to bed early tonight!

I love reading in rainy weather. That would be PERFECT! I just love the sound of rain on the windows - but not after I just *WASHED* them (LOL).
That is so true! I am getting to start my big decluttering and deep cleaning project that I do annually. I can't wait . .. I love going through everything in this house . . getting rid of . .cleaning . . and putting things back before the holiday's get here!

Just to let you know that I am heading to the library this week to get a Karen Kingsbury book to read! All because of you! :) They really do sound great and I am looking forward to reading one. Which do you recommend I start with?
Laura . . .you have to start with Redemption . . .don't start with any of her books except with that one first . . then Remember . . .then Return, then Rejoice and then Reunion . . I am starting Reunion next. You are going to love them! (I think :-) I can't remember what comes after that but I will let you know!
