Busy Friday!
Today was a BUSY day! We first had to be at the middle school for Taylor and Landon's meet the teacher. Taylor will be in 8th and Landon in 6th. This will be Landon's first year in middle school. Please pray for him as you feel led . . . he is a little apprehensive about the whole middle school thing. On a good note, we found out today that one of his best friends is in 4 classes with him this year! Yea! He felt so much better after finding that out today. I didn't take any pictures at the school . . .I didn't want to embarrass them . . . and you don't know how badly I wanted to get my camera out . . . but I controlled myself and left it in my purse :-)
After we left the school around 12:15 pm we headed to the big resort where my mom and dad are staying at. They are here for a Mayoral conference through this Sunday. We made it out there 45 minutes later and we picked them up and then headed to the mall.
By the time we got to the mall the kids were hungry so mom and dad treated us to lunch. Thanks for lunch!!!!

For those of you who read my blog a lot you will know that my family created a group called The Money Finders. We have about 25 family members all over the US who are constantly finding loose change or hopefully loose dollars. At the end of the year we give all the money we find to a charity that the whole group votes on. Last year we found over $342.00.
I dropped mom and dad off at their hotel around 5:00. The kids and I then headed towards the church. Every Friday night at our "House of Prayer" we have a Children's Equipping Class and then prayer time for the kids 6 years through 12 years old until 10 pm.
After she taught, the kids then begin praying or studying or just worshipping as they feel led. It is so neat to see the young kids praying, praising and worshipping as they do!
There are tables set up around the House of Prayer where they can study the Bible or read a devotional.
They dance before the Lord . . . .
At this map they can pinpoint an area of the world to pray for.
The House of Prayer at this time has 100 hours of constant prayer and worship each week! You will find the children, the teens, the young adults and the adults all in there throughout the week!

It is so neat to see the older kids move into the phase of training up the younger ones.
I agree totally!
