Waking Up in Vancouver

We woke up to a beautiful morning in Vancouver, WA. We looked out our bedroom window and saw 3 beautiful deer . . .one mamma and 2 babies. By the time I reached for my camera they were already walking away. Last night as we pulled into their driveway we came upon a bobcat right in front of our car . . . .I just love the northwest for all the cool animals we get to see.

We stayed in Ksusha's room . .. Sierra fell in loved with her huge stuffed animal dog . . .she slept with it all night . . .Thanks Ksusha for giving up your room for us!

Also, please pray for Ksusha's grandmother. She is still living over in Russia. She called the other day and she had fallen and broke her hip. She is having hip surgery today. Her name is Tamara. Please remember her in your prayers and agree with us for a quick healing. Here is a picture of her . . . I took this picture of a picture that Ksusha had in her room.

Today we are all headed to a wonderful retreat/camp with all of Pastor Vasily's church. Carlos will be one of the speakers at this camp. While they were getting everything ready to go the kids and I went on a walk and then sat down in the backyard for a little bit to enjoy all the beautiful nature.

You can't see it in this picture but they had built a beautiful waterfall/pond . . .it was so peaceful there listening to the water.
