Super Sunday!
Sierra must of had my camera last night before going to bed . . .she is so funny!
This was the first Sunday that Carlos has been in service for over 3 weeks. It felt good to have most of us in church this morning. Carlos had young adults from the group that went to LA and MO to come and testify what happened during both trips.

After service it felt like old times . . . we went to eat Chinese with our family and Ken and Lisa's. It was so nice to look across the table and see Alexia, Landon and Carlos!

Peace Out!
Later on this afternoon Sierra and I went across the street to take care of the horses. Farley was ready to eat dinner!
Sierra is a huge help . . .

Cloud waiting for his dinner too!
Sierra scooping the stalls out!
After we got home Lisa and Kaitlyn came over to hangout and swim.
Lisa and I did some serious reading while we watched the kids swim. She is reading the second in the series of the books we are reading . . . Remember
I am almost done with Redemption . . I should be finished by tonight or tomorrow!

Sierra and Landon racing!
Kaitlyn cooling off!
They headed home around 6:15pm because Ken, Lisa, Carlos and I had to leave by 6:45 for a movie. We saw the movie Reservations with Katheryn Zeta Jones. The movie was pretty good. It had a lot of emtions in it. After the movie we headed to Denny's to grab some coffee and a light snack. It had been awhile since we had our Sunday night movie night out. This summer we have been gone so much that we have hardly been to any movies. Hopefully, we can get back to our routine. We are now home and I am watching a 2 hour special if Bare Escentuals on QVC. They have three shows today! I probably won't buy anything but I love to watch the way they apply the BE.

Now that's a good friendship - when you can get together to READ. LOL
so what Carlos think about Cansas? Did He like it....what was happening there?
And it is really nice to have your husbant back...and to have some time with him...
I love how you guys do so many things together!
How nice that you have almost all of your family back home. Minus one right?
De'Etta -We are both totally into these Karen Kingsbury books right now . . . she just finished book 2 today . . . I was so busy moving stuff around here at the house that my reading time was zero . . hopefully tonight before I go to bed I will be able to finish book 1.
Liza - Carlos loves going to Kansas just about as much as he loves coming to Portland. This trip he mainly had meetings with the leadership there. Also, he was there to move Jordan up there . . thankfully he is all settled in now!
Cindy - actually we are minus two- Taylor decided to stay in MO for 2 more weeks. We are bringing him home on the 11th.
I agree those are great books! I am on the last one of the next set -- it's called Family. They are addictive, aren't they?
Robin . . I just finished Redemption and I ended up crying like a baby . . . what an awesome book! I am starting Remember tonight!
