Jordan's Day - Part 3
This evening Jordan had Bible School and Carlos was teaching 2 of the classes. Many of the kids in the Bible School organized a surprise party for Jordan after class tonight. A few of the kids who do not attend the Bible School went to the home where the party was going to be and decorated! Carlos and I popped in for a little while. The kids kept arriving and arriving. Carlos and Jordan fly to Kansas City tomorrow so we couldn't stay long because he needed to repack. So, we went ahead and took a picture even though we weren't sure if everyone had arrived yet.
This is a great group of kids. Most of the group is in our accredited Bible School and our church.
We are so thankful our kids have such great friends. Blow out the candles and make a wish! You might be wondering who is J-Smooth . . . that is what they all call Jordan!
I can't believe we were all seven at the same place at the same time. That doesn't seem to happen very often these days!
Thanks so much for hosting the party. Their house seems to be our church hangout for the kids. They have kids over their all the time! Thanks for opening your home to them all! Jordan and his best pals!
Getting a birthday hug from Alexia!

It was really neat to see so many of his friends get together last night and it was late . . 9:30 pm after Bible School.
How fun of them to throw Jordan a surprise party! Was he surprised? It's hard to keep things a secret. He has such nice friends. Sweet, handsome young man.
Happy Birthday, Jordan!
He actually had no clue until he pulled up to the house and accidentally saw our van pull in behind him. We didn't know he had already got there. .
Looks like every one had a great time. Looks like he's very loved.
You're right, as they get older it seems like it's harder for the family to be together in one place at the same time. But it makes it all that more special.
Giselle . .that is the one thing I don't like about the kids growing up . . they are all gone a lot.
