Father's Day

Sierra and her friend Samantha have been working hard the last few weeks getting a dance ready to perform at the youth group. They performed it Friday night and they did so good that Carlos asked them to do it again for church today. I was not able to see it the first time Friday night so I was so happy to see them do it today. I was very impressed and they had the whole thing down pat.
They had the whole church up out of their seats and clapping . . I wish I would of got a picture of the audience!
Both of our girls love to dance . . . it was neat to see Sierra follow in Alexia's footsteps!

After church Jordan decided that he wanted to go to the beach today instead of waiting until Tuesday morning. We were all packed and ready to go but I told him to take Carlos' jeep and drive it home . . .pack and then by the time he gets back we will be finished eating and then we can take off. So, we tried 2 different restaurants but they both had over an hour wait. We then tried Bennigan's which is not my favorite restaurant . .. for some reason the last few times we have eaten there it did not taste too good. They were able to get us right in so we decided to go ahead and eat there. I got a picture with Carlos and all the kids except for Jordan. I meant to take one when he met us but I forgot.

I wanted to get in the action too so thankfully Taylor snapped his one of me and Landon. I wish I would of remembered to take a picture of Carlos and Jordan but maybe we will when Carlos gets to the beach Tuesday!
After lunch we met Jordan and then the 6 of us took off for Sanibel Island. When we arrived at Fort Myers we went ahead and went to the grocery before crossing the bridge to Sanibel. My sister had called yesterday and said to buy groceries first before we cross over because everything was very expensive on the island.
