My first workout at the gym and the Air Climber

Tonight Lisa, Ken and I met up at the gym. This was my first time doing the Body Pump class. I really liked it a lot and it was similar to The Firm which I have done here at my house for two years.

It was fun actually having someone to work out with and the time went by very fast! Carlos is going to start after our Memorial Weekend Vacation. We always head to the beach for about a week each year.

After working out we ran home to watch American Idol and Dancing With The Stars. I am going to miss those two shows . . . it's been great having a few shows to watch with the whole family!

My friend Brenda who designs and sells exercise equipment asked Lisa and our friend Cindy to workout on her new Air Climber. They worked out I think for 12 weeks on it. Here are a few pictures from the day they did their photo shoot and their part in the infommercial! They all look great!

Congrats on the gym workout! I often wish I lived close enough to town to participate in something like that.

It is fun to work out with someone else. I remember going to the gym with Myrna, to do aerobics. Good memories.

We got a crossbow workout center for Christmas. We all use it. :o)

Since I enjoy reading your blog. I've tagged you to do the "8 Things About Me" meme. :o)You can read my list at: http://aglanceintomyworld.blogspot.com/

The rules are:
1.) Each player starts with 8 random facts/habits about themselves.

2.) People who are tagged, write a blog post about their own 8 random things, and post these rules.

3.) At the end of your post you need to tag 8 people and include their names.

4.) Don't forget to leave them a comment and tell them they're tagged, and to read your blog.
