Annual End of the School Year Pool Party
Each year on the last day of school my friend Robin has a pool party at her house. I wasn't sure if our kids would make it there this year or not because we are suppose to be leaving for the beach. But, thankfully we are running late in packing so the kids are over there right now enjoying themselves with all their friends. 
Here are my friends kids - Bailey and Braxton. They are enjoying some "end of the school year" ice cream!!!

Emily - what a fun party! I love the pool time. My birthday is in July and it's definitely warm enough (even in Michigan) by that time so I often asked for a pool party for my birthday. Such fun memories.
Of course, you all have a pool right there which makes you doubly blessed. :) I don't know if I've ever asked but it is a lot of care keeping up the pool? Do you do it yourself or hire someone.
What a great way to end the school year. Now you can quickly finish packing without everyone around.
Kathy - we have a pool service that comes once a week to check and add chemicals. He also brushes the sides down too! Other that we don't do anything to it :-)
Cindy - It did help having the little ones "occupied" at the party so I could pack. It took my so long this time to pack but we finally made it here!
