Tuna Noodle Casserole!

After the park I brought home Ava with me. She was ready for a bottle so I fed her and then she fell asleep for over 2 hours. After she wokeup Sierra helped me with Ava while I made dinner. She sat there with her for 20 minutes so I could dinner in the oven. Sierra would be an awesome big sister if we ever had another baby! As you probably can tell we love casseroles! I have tried many different tuna casserole recipes. I tried a new one tonight. Can you believe I forgot to take a picture??? At least I had a cute picture of Sierra and Ava!
Oh well, here is the recipe.

Tuna Noodle Casserole

3 cups noodles (I used egg noodles)
1/4 cup onion
1 T butter
1 can of cream of mushroom
3/4 milk
1 LARGE can of tuna
shredded parmesan cheese

Cook noodles according to directions. Drain and set aside. In a saucepan, saute chopped onions until tender. Then add milk and soup and tuna. Pour into a 1 1/2 or 2 quart casserole that has been sprayed with PAM. Then sprinkle as much parmesan cheese as you like on top of the casserole then bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

See.. you should have another one (LOL)! One nice thing about how far apart our kids are is that the older ones were always old enough to be a BIG HELP to me!

I don't Cindy . . .I am getting old. I am not sure I can get another one out of this body. We have been talking about adopting. I would love to adopt a little girl from Korea someday!
