Lisa's "Birthday" Day!

This morning I said goodbye to mom and dad and then headed to meet Lisa so we could clean the two church buildings. After cleaning we headed to our friends Nick's restaurant for her birthday lunch. I went to pay the bill but Nick said it was on him! Thanks Nick!!!Nick is from New York and he makes the most incredible pizza!!! but most of all . . . he makes the best Garlic Knots!!! They are scrumptious!!!!!

Also, his Greek Salad is great because he PILES on the Feta Cheese!
After lunch Lisa had an appointment and I headed home! Carlos and Ken ended up making reservations for dinner at one of our favorite restaurants in the nearby little town we live by.

After dinner we took a walk around the town square and then headed back home. We missed American Idol but thank goodness again for DVR. They told us to go change and then come back and we would watch the show. We threw our pj's on, I washed off my makeup and we headed back over! When we got there Ava was still awake so I got my daily snuggle time with her!

I couldn't get anyone else brave enough to have their pictures taken in their jammies so it was just me and Ava who make it into the blog . . .!Lisa . . .I hope you had an awesome day! Carlos and I are glad we could help you celebrate your arrival into the 30's! Thanks for the coffee!!!
