For some reason I couldn't get any pictures to upload on Saturday so I am doing it a day late. Even though they uploaded it took FOREVER!
Saturday morning I slept in late . . .after waking around 10:00 am I returned a call to my friend Kelley in Indiana. I then received a phone call from Lisa telling me to come over and have a cup of coffee so I jumped out of bed and headed over there in my pj's . .. yes too lazy to change! Carlos and Ken had left early in the morning to go look at some properties. I hung out over there until 1:00 and then headed home to get ready for Melany and Moises' wedding at 5:00 pm.
After doing my hair and makeup I ran to CVS to get a passport photo. My passport has expired and I might need to use it sometime this summer so I am getting it renewed. After returning home we took Landon and Sierra over to my inlaws and then we took off to pickup Ken and Lisa. Jordan and Alexia had left earlier because they were both in the wedding.
Jordan, Rodney, Josh and Sebastian were a few of the groomsmen.
Goofing around before the wedding! Melany asked Lisa to sing a song during communion.
This is Cindy. She and Jordan met at church camp when they were 14 years old. They have become very good friends .
The wedding began a few minutes late. Here is Alexia . . she was one of the bridemaids.
Carlos performed the ceremony!
Melany and her father.
Lisa singing a requested song during their first communion as husband and wife.
Introducing them as husband and wife!
Two of my sweet blessings - Alexia and Jordan
Afte the wedding we were all in the parking lot. We didn't know that some old friends of our who we have not seen in years were going to be there . . it was great to see and catch up with David and Nancy!
One the way to the reception the sun was just getting ready to set. It looked like this HUGE orange ball. We couldn't get a good shot of it but thanks to Lisa leaning out the SUV window she was able to get some of it!
When we got to the hotel we were walking to the reception area and we saw this cute little 8 year girl who had just one a beauty contest!
There couple's first dance!
At our table was Raul and Vanessa
Jorge and Janice . . .something they told me that was kind of funny. Jorge said that on the way to the reception they saw the sunset too. Jorge said he said to Jancie, "I bet you Emily is going to have that on her blog!"
I had a picture of Ken and Lisa but the "deleter" deleted it . . . you know who you are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, here is Janice and Lisa . . . sorry Ken!
Jorge and Carlos . . . youth pastor and senior pastor!
We took this in the car on the way home . . .
Congratulations Moises and Melany. May you have a wonderful life together. May the Lord bless you both and may you live happily ever after for all the days of your lives!

I just HAVE to comment again how COOL it is that you live close enough to go for a cup of coffee in our PJs!
Oh.. and about the passports. We're thinking we should get a couple of them a year or every few months so if we ever decide we can go somewhere that requires them it's not so expensive to get them all at one time!
