Sunday Happening's

We had a great service at church yesterday. Our church put on its first conference . . .it was on prayer, praise and worship. We brought in a guest speaker from Mike Bickle's church in Kansas City - International House of Prayer. There were services Friday night, all day Saturday and it finished up on Sunday morning.
After service Sunday morning Carlos and Ken had a business meeting lunch at a country club so Lisa, all the kids and I headed to the club too. We had to sit separate from the guys do to the meeting but we still had a great time. The club sits up on a hill . . we don't have many where we live and it had a great view.
The lighting where we were wasn't the best and a lot of my pictures turned out horrible but here are the ones that were half way decent.

After lunch we headed back to the "country". The kids played outside and I tried to rest up a little bit.
Ken and Lisa ended up getting a babysitter so the four of us went out to a movie and then to Denny's to get something to eat. It felt good to get out. We normally all go out every Sunday night but since their move and Carlos' travels it had been about a month or so since we were able to actually have a "Sunday date night".
Well, it's now Monday morning and I need to get the kids up for school. I hope and pray everyone has a great week!
