Fun night with my other 3 blessings!

Today was our cleaning day at the church. After cleaning Lisa and I headed to lunch . . .we were both starving. After lunch I did a little shopping . . .I am starting to pickup stuff for the kids Easter Baskets.

Tonight I went over to Lisa's and ended up bringing back to the house Kaitlyn, Christian and Ava. Jordan and Alexia were both working, Carlos was at a meeting with Ken and Taylor was at his cousin's baseball game so I thought it was a perfect opportunity to hangout with my "other" 3 blessings. It was American Idol night and thankfully we just got DVR so I was able to record it. We all did watch it while they played with toys and with the computer. Here is Ava . . . hard to believe she is almost 4 months old.Christian was my helper tonight. Our kids LOVE Ken and Lisa's kids. Yesterday Taylor was over playing X-Box with Ken. Lisa and I were going to the store and we were going to take Christian with us. Taylor insisted we leave Christian so he could stay with them. It's almost like they are brothers and sisters or at least cousins :-) Here is Landon and Christian.Sierra gave Kaitlyn about 20 of her My Little Pony's. I ended up showing her on the computer that their was a My Little Pony website where she could play game and even color! Jordan came home from work and watched the computer games for awhile. Christian started getting tired . . . He did make it through all of American Idol.
I put Sierra and Landon to bed and then went to my room and noticed that even Molly decided to call it a night! She sleeps on this blanket every night right by my bed.

Then Ava fell asleep so I put her in Taylor's bed since he was going to be staying at his cousin's house tonight.I told Kaitlyn and Christian we would watch The Incredibles!

While we were watching the movie Alexia came home from work. She came in for awhile before heading to bed.
It was a long fun filled day but I think it's time to call it a night!

DVR is the best! We got it last year and now I hardly ever watch anything live anymore. I had to go pick up kids during AI last night and made my dh pause it while I was gone and watch something else. I also find that I use it a lot for things like folding laundry (I can watch stuff I have recorded while I fold). Sounds like you had a fun evening!
