Garage Sale!
This morning I woke up and headed to Lisa's house. Thank goodness that Carlos helped me load everything in the car the night before. Last weekend I made about $150.00 - today I made about $88.00 - I really didin't have too much to sell so I am surprised I even made this much. I am so tired - so hopefully I can get to bed early! Here is Christian - he ended up walking out of the house with this doughnut. It's hard to see from this picture but he had it everywhere.I spied Kaitlyn hiding on the side of the garage playing with some toys!
Today was Alexia's first day at Chick Fil A. She was there all day and she said she really enjoyed it. Well, I am going to get cleaned up, get my jammies on and then make a fire in the fireplace and relax with my honey for awhile.

Way to go on the garage sale!
You have a beautiful home, Emily.
Thanks De'Etta! I am going to apply the money toward my new light fixtures. I still have two more rooms to deep clean so hopefully tomomrrow I can finish those and be done for the most part!
Sounds like you did well. Congratulatons! My dh won't help me with garage sales anymore so I just take the stuff to the rescue mission or 2nd hand store now. You have much warmer weather - ie longer garage sale season then we do (LOL)!
I normally take everything to Good Will or give it away. I do have one once a year if anyone would like to have one with me. This year it just so happens my friend is getting ready to move so she had tons of stuff to get rid of. I am surprised I made as much as I did with as little as I had to sell.
You just never know what's going to sell, do you? The few times I've had a garage sale I've been surprised at the things that sold right away and the things I thought would sell no one even looked at! Glad it was worth your time.
